1) Make A Copy of the Disk Image Files
2) In Web manager create the new Virtual machine
3) When Asked for the disk to chose...use existing and point it to the copy you made
4) You will get a new directory with the name of the new virtual machine
5) Copy all the files from the copied machine folder into the new folder
6) Rename your disk Image and all other files to the new machine name
7) Make sure the VMX file has the correct path for the new files
8) Power up machine and make sure to change the machine name in windows to match the new VM Name
